Ladies, gentlemen, dear colleagues, dear parents, dear students,

Allow me to welcome all the new colleagues, parents and students among us and to wish them a great success on professional, educational and personal levels.

As I express my deep gratitude to all the educational community for their commitment to assist our students and to provide them with an education of excellence through all the considerable efforts that they all truly invested.

The pedagogical life on campus will be also marked this year by the implementation of different actions in alliance with the actualization of the school project.

I would like to grab this opportunity to remind you of some issues related to the conditions of living and working together and to inform you about the evolutions that took place so far in our college:

Canteen

The Canteen at the College is now managed by Mr. Aziz Haber who offers to all students from Grade 1up to the senior classes hot meals healthily prepared for lunch. Those who wish to register their kids for this service are kindly requested to contact the accounting office.

On the other hand, the College will continue to offer to its preschool students the usual lunch service.

Authorization to access the campus by car

Parents are given the authorization to park their cars at the alley next to the main gate of the College. For security reasons, only MIC personal are allowed to park their cars on campus.

The use of the middle and the upper gates during the arrival and the pick-up times is only allowed for the cars with permit. The parents who did not retreat their badges yet are kindly asked to pass by the office of Mrs. Lara CHAMOUN for this specific purpose no later than Friday October 7, 2016 so they will have the possibility to access the College through all its entrances.

Furniture and equipment

Multimedia projectors are now in use by the teachers for the improvement of the pedagogical service.

Students’ orientation

Mrs. Rania Stephan will assist middle and secondary school students for career and educational guidance. This task will be assured in the collaboration with a variety of institutions and universities on national and international levels. In addition to this program, Mrs. Stephan will be available to receive and guide students during recess time starting the 1st of November 2016.

Succeed together, is enabling youth to receive their diplomas. And it is also guaranteeing for students a continuation that was patiently and thoroughly designed so that it can lead the students to an ambitious professional inclusion.

Accounting office

Mrs. Roula Aoun – responsible and Mrs, Amal Saad – assistant accountant have been occupying their positions a while ago. For all your inquiries, the opening hours of the office for parents are only possible on:

Tuesdays and Thursdays   from 8:00 am to 9:15 am       and from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Wednesdays:                      from 8:00 am to 9:00 am       and from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm

Outside these timings, you are kindly requested to asked for an appointment

 

This year is another opportunity to renew a trustful relationship that I personally wish to every one of you, old and new parents, colleagues and students.
